I wonder if apt-listchanges gets confused, if a src package ships
multiple (different) NEWS files in different binary packages.

I just made a dist-upgrade of a test VM from stretch to buster, and
noticed that quite a few NEWS entries were missing / not shown.
E.g. the 2.29.2-3 news entry for the "mount" package (built from
src:util-linux) was missing as well. So seems to a general problem.

Looks like a rather important bug in apt-listchanges to me.
