Of course. Unfortunately, this time I missed the fact that an FTBFS bug was 
filed, hence didn't add the changelog entry. My bad.

PS: To put stuff in context, this upload wasn't done because I saw the bug, but 
because Andrew Lee and Hector Oron are here with me at FOSSAsia and they 
maintain OBS package which depends on ruby-innertube and they informed me about 
innertube having FTBFS. :D
