Hi,
when I create a new issue and then try to access it, I get an error 500.
My /usr/share/gitlab/log/production.log shows the following:

The error apparently comes from here:

The files seem to be present upstream:
https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/tree/master/fixtures/emojis
But they are not part of the source package.
If they were removed then I cannot find a documentation of their removal
nor how I shall replace them.
