It looks like the output of apt-file is empty, which leads to an invalid
cache:

  vauxhall ok % apt-file search /usr/share/rubygems-integration/
  vauxhall ok %

This may be because I changed package mirrors recently and didn't run
apt-file update.  gem2deb should detect this case and handle it more
gracefully.
