Thanks for your report.
I added the debtag for ruby-libxml you mention and a couple of others
(implemented-in::ruby, role::shared-lib) via the debtags web interface
http://debtags.debian.net/.
In principle, the modifications made through the web interface should be
reviewed and validated before being applied to the debtags database,
but I have no doubt it will be ok. That's why I'm closing this bug now,
before I forget :)
Debtagging the package is mentionned on the dedicated Debian Wiki page:
https://wiki.debian.org/Debtags/FAQ
as not being the (sole) responsability of package maintainers.
Feel free to go to the web interface and propose more debtags where you
think they are missing.
