Here's the error I got while trying to convert a kramdown document to HTML

Steps to reproduce:
$ mkdir test
$ cd test/
$ git clone https://github.com/w3c/webappsec.git

The above works fine with kramdown 1.5.0 if I install it with:
sudo gem install kramdown
