/usr/bin/rails-app-debianize is in the rails package if you get "command not found", that means you changed the redmine/debian/control file to change the dependency on rails package (you shouldn't !), or your installation of rails 2.2.2 package is screwed : please reinstall it. However, it isn't in lenny. Please use debian testing, or best, unstable, when you test unstable packages !
