Dear maintainer(s),

With a recent upload of ruby-rack the autopkgtest of ruby-propshaft fails in testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of ruby-rack from unstable. It passes when run with only packages from testing. In tabular form:

                       pass fail
ruby-rack from testing 3.2.5-1
ruby-propshaft from testing 1.3.1-1
all others from testing from testing

I copied some of the output at the bottom of this report. The problem seems to be that ruby-actionpack in testing is broken by the version of ruby-rack from unstable. It would help users and the migration software if this Breaks was declared, to avoid partial upgrades that break when used.

Currently this problem is blocking the migration of ruby-rack to testing [1].
