The warning is correct when /etc/init.d/pulseaudio start is invoked
manually. Because in that case the user expects pulse to be started
and it isn't.

But isn't correct (i.e. not needed) in the case of a system boot which, I'd wager, is the more common case.

The message itself contains enough information to warn the user after a manual invocation, we really don't need the orange text. In any case it scares my users (wife and children)!
