The latest build of kodi for alpha (admittedly not a release
architecture) failed:

[----------] Global test environment set-up.
E: Build killed with signal TERM after 150 minutes of inactivity
Judging from other architectures' and versions' build logs, the test
suite normally reports detailed progress, so I gather that in this
case, it hanged at startup for some reason. Could you please take a
look?

The issue seems to be gone now, most likely it was not an issue in kodi itself.
