Package: mhwaveedit
Version: 1.4.21-1
Severity: normal
Mhwaveedit seems unable to position the cursor with fractional second
resolution. When I enter a number such as 2.5, the cursor just goes to 2.

Version: 1.4.23-1
Unfortunately the upstream bug tracker seems to be lost since gna.org is
down. The tag "fixed-upstream" was added in June 2012.
It was probably fixed with this commit:
"gotodialog: Fix truncation of offset value" from August 2011
https://github.com/magnush/mhwaveedit/commit/449bb7b8c3f7ab979002ccf02efddd4d9021a975
Upstream release news for 1.4.22 from July 2012 list this:
* Bug fix for value truncation in position cursor dialog
1.4.22 was not released in Debian, 1.4.23 is in Jessie. I can't
reproduce the bug in Jessie, it works as expected.
