This finally solved my problem. Using 'apt-show-versions | grep 'No
available version in archiv'' I found out that somehow I had manually
compiled the package libsigc++-2.0-0c2a. I guess this package was stopping
me from installing libsigc++-2.0-0v5, which is a necessary dependency of
inkscape.
