Package: bs1770gain
Version: 0.4.3-1

The bs1770gain program fail to properly adjust the sound loudness of the
MPEG file available from
<URL: http://www.nuug.no/pub/video/published/20030213-cvs.mpeg >.  The
resulting video have stuttering sound. I've seen the same problem when
processing DV files, while WAV audio files seem to work as it should.

This is the mediainfo output for the input file:

  bs1770gain 20030213-cvs.mpeg -a -o foo
  vlc foo/20030213-cvs.mkv

This is the output when I test. Perhpas the errors from the transcoding
session are relevant for the problem?

 .
   * New upstream release 0.4.4.
     - Fixes problem with stuttering sound after transcoding
       (Closes: #789254).
     - Fixes build problem when char is unsigned (Closes: #789248).
     - Dropped 10-unsigned-char-archs.diff and refreshed
       20-audio-decode-problem.diff now included upstream.
