Oops, didn't notice I was using the Deb Multimedia version of the package. Sorry about that. In any case, the bug is also present in 2.2.6-1 and 2.3.7-1. I checked stable (2.2.4-1) and it's there too. I did notice one additional detail, however: the bug doesn't show up if the problem file is the only one in the directory, or if there are only a couple others.
