Apologies for poor choice of words. Not much of a "comparison" (call it as you like) this "ffmpeg vs. libav" page contained some insights into pros and cons. Of course information there was incomplete and that's probably why it was taken down -- it is not mpv developers' job to maintain "ffmpeg vs. libav" wiki which opens them for criticism about inaccurate/incomplete/biased comparison. I imagine they've made up their minds and that page was not needed any more.
