Dear Maintainer,
Version 3.0.x of wxWidgets is not supported by the Audacity codebase.
It does compile, but 3.0.x does not correctly emulate 2.8.x behavior.
Audacity, as compiled, will not let the user select the appropriate
inputs or outputs. These options are greyed out and inaccesible.
