Hi,
You need to:
* Upload a version of the package so it doesn't build on those
architectures (I see you've already done that).
* File a removal bug against ftp.debian.org. The title should be
something like:
"RM: zam-plugins [kfreebsd-amd64 kfreebsd-i386] -- ROM; <insert reason>"
