I've just reproduced this locally with both sid's version in sid and
jessie's version in jessie. So this doesn't appear to be related to the
change in the sid package but related to some change in the build
environment. If I had to guess i'd say a computer
A testsuite log is attatched but isn've massively informative. It just
says the encoder segfaulted I got a backtrace but without any idea of
how the code works I'm not sure what to check for next.

Disabling optimisation makes the package build but obviously that isn't
a very good soloution.
This build failure is blocking the migration of the arm64 patch for
dirac (which is depended on by gstreamer) to testing.
