Package: vlc
Version: 2.0.2-2
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
I use mumudvb on my LAN when i want to watch DVB-T television. I start
"mumudvb -stdc some_dvbt-mux-configuration" on the other pc and i use this pc
(a notebook) to view the udp multicast
stream via vlc.
The command i use is: "vlc udp://@239.100.0.2:1234 & " launched on a xfce4-
terminal.
Vlc crashes often when playing such a stream. That DVB-T is from tv
broadcasting in Italy (often RAI, RAdio-televisione Italiana).
Last crash happened after zirca 10 or 20 minutes since the launch of the
command.
I only have a "Segmentation Fault" on the xfce4-terminal command line (there
are no syslog message at all about this).
here is the complete debug message of that crash:

After that crash i launched the command again and managed to watch tv for at

vlc)
