Hi, blender does not compile on GNU/Hurd [1]. The problem is the missing handling for malloc_usable_size in intern/guardedalloc/intern/mallocn_intern.h, much like as it was reported in #748322. Unfortunately, that bug has been fixed only for kFreeBSD... Attached there is a patch, which *replaces* the existing patch 0013-fix_FTBFS_on_kFreeBSD.patch, which fixes the build on any glibc-based OS. It has been build-tested on kFreeBSD and Hurd.
