So, I would say, you must either > maintain your own repository or abandon dvbcut in Debian. I am suffering from the same fate. I have tried to contact him in every possible way on every possible channel, but he is just ignoring every communication attempt. Like I said earlier, my current idea is to create a new, similar project on bitbucket or sourceforge.
