One remark and one issue:
if you change the upstream part of the package version, you also need
to rename or copy the files in the pristine-tar branch so that
git-buildpackage -S knows how to reconstruct the upstream tarball.
2nd: why experimental and not unstable? we do have libav9 now in
unstable, what am I missing?
