Ok, here are the changes to libav to include libav-extra so far. Just tested these and they provide a smooth upgrade with libav/libav-extra packages currently in unstable. avconv can use either libavcodec or libavcodec-extra package and it works like it should. None of the other packages were necessary as far as I can tell. Also, libav-source will be dropped.
