Hi Derek,
please file a proper bug report with Debian's reportbug tool, e.g.
"reportbug mplayer". As it is now, your bug report is unfortunately
quite useless for us.

Hi. I sent the following to "boe...@inb.uni-luebeck.de" but was then
told that I should actually send it to you guys so here it is.
Hopefully it's reaching the right person(s) one way or the other.
Thanks.

Hi. Hopefully I have the correct person& email address.
I came across a problem when trying to play an mkv file. My Windows 7
desktop plays it just fine with both wmp, mpc, and mpc-hc. However,
on my Debian linux box, mplayer (and mplayer2 as well) both exit with
an error. I've attached two log files - one with demuxer lavf, the
other with demuxer mkv. I assume that since the Windows players
handle the same file just fine, no problems with playback at all, that
linux is capable of doing the same with a fix. I can provide more
specifics if necessary, just let me know.
Thanks for your help,
Derek
