Uninstalling and reinstalling yoshimi several times did not work (Trying different versions). However compiling from source and then installing did (.060, and then .062, from apt-get source and tarballs). After compiling from source and installing, then uninstalling and installing from the repositories, it works for me now. So you can close this bug if you like.
