Better to mention *which* spec was updated (namely draft DEP5) and preferrably also to what it was updated (namely Subversion rev. 173).
Beware that DEP5 have been maintained in multiple VCSes - luckily (to my knowledge) only one of each kind (Subversion, Bazaar). so it is IMO best to mention explicitly which kind used if mentioning revision number.
