Package: ices2 Version: 2.0.1-9 Severity: normal A dist-upgrade today upgraded ices2. The new dependencies pulled in dnet-common, libdnet, libroar0, and muroard which caused the machine to set the ethernet address to aa:0:4:0:a:4 from its previous address. This of course caused the network to be problematic until the arp caches timed out. The package changing the ethernet address appears to be dnet-common which is now a dependency of ices2.
Does ices2 really need to have decnet installed and configured?
