Christophe, the minimal system I had started with is an alpha antiX-core and I found that the developer forgot those old plugins inside /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins. So, sorry for the fuss about it and I think you can just close that bug report.
Please don't be upset with it, as I said the VLC plugin for Firefox (Mozilla) never worked for me, at least in that site. Neither in Linux or Windows. When I saw those old mplayer-plugins I though I had found the reason :P and then rushed to report the 'bug'. Anyway, there is a bug after all and if you like I could open another one.
