fwiw, we started to collect possibilities on the wiki: http://wiki.debian.org/DebianMultimedia/Meetings I've been involved in LAC for 4 past iterations on their streamteam, but sadly cannot make it again this year. :-( But, I can vouch for it as a good environment with lots of great people. We do have some numbers growing for DC10 and should definitely make plans for working sessions there.
