I have now copied disclaimer of warranty statement in the license
description tag.

I have used

"Source: http://liba52.sourceforge.net";

Old fre form copyright states:
"It was downloaded from <http://liba52.sourceforge.net/>."

Hence my point is that the DEP-5 version still complies with the Policy.
