Control: severity -1 normal

Hi,

I have removed libjuce-dev, as it is no longer part of the juce package.
The other Juce packages are still listed in the tasks.

Regarding libart-2.0-dev (which is actually still part of testing and
unstable at the moment), removing these would mean that people running
stable would not be able to find the package on the blends website:
https://blends.debian.org/multimedia/tasks/

We normally only remove packages from the blends tasks once the package
is completely removed from the archive. I am not aware of a "recommends"
blocking a testing migration before, but if I am wrong - please feel
free to raise the severity when it happens.

Regards,

Ross
