Someone mentioned that Dolphin wasn't upgraded, so I checked my Dolphin version and saw it at 4:23.08* while a 4:24.08 was available, thus: aptitude safe-upgrade '?narrow(~i,~V4:23)' -t experimental That upgraded several packages ... and brought back webshortcuts \o/ Ran such command(s) on my laptop, so that difference is now explained.
