Dear Pino (as the main uploader of meta-kde) and Team,

I’ve made a series of changes across the board with the goal to improve the
default Plasma installation on Debian.

Already uploaded :
- desktop-base changes to fix the default Debian wallpaper missing, setting
firefox-esr as default browser, fix xdg subfolders of $HOME not created for new
users
- new (since bullseye) plasma components installed by default : flatpak-kcm,
plasma-firewall, plasma-welcome
- plasma-workspace-wayland installed by default so the wayland session is
available (the default session stays X11)
- removed haveged from sddm recommends (used to be necessary to avoid lockups
related to lack of kernel entropy with older kernels)

There are also 2 pending changes that I’d like to share for comments.

tasksel [1] :
Drop apper, hardly maintained upstream, superseded by Plasma Discover.
Drop dragonplayer, already pulled transitively by kde-standard.
Drop plasma-nm, already pulled transitively by plasma-desktop.
Drop k3b/k3b-i18n, not necessary on default installs anymore these days.

meta-kde [2] :
Drop kde-standard dependencies already pulled transitively:
        polkit-kde-agent, plasma-nm pulled by plasma-desktop
        plasma-dataengines-addons already pulled by plasma-widgets-addons
Drop kde-plasma-desktop dependencies already pulled transitively:
        plasma-workspace pulled by plasma-desktop
Add packages to kde-plasma-desktop Recommends as per upstream packaging
recommendations:
bump kdeconnect from Suggests to Recommends
iio-sensor-proxy: allows automatic screen rotation on Wayland
maliit-keyboard: provides on-screen keyboard on Wayland
power-profiles-daemon: enables the power profile functionality in Plasma

Feedbacks welcome.
