Hi,
When using several modifiers in the rename file dialog, only the first one is
taken into account.
I submitted the bug upstream:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455417
According to the answer, this bug is already fixed in 7.7.0.
But if packaging the 7.7.0 is difficult/long, the fix is a one-caracter patch:
https://invent.kde.org/graphics/digikam/-/commit/6330e608f9e477253a3982a4e88abf1c901fe0c2
Regards,
Vincent

Digikam 7.7.0 was uploaded to Debian a few days ago; closing bug.
