Package: digikam
Version: 4:5.3.0-1
Severity: normal

Hi.

When one opens the map for image (either in the normal view, for already
geo-tagged images, or when going to the edit geolocation dialog), then
changing the map provider (e.g. to Openstreetmap or google maps) simply
has no effect and one only sees an extremely lo-res map.

Cheers,
Chris.

Tried again with Digikam 7.1, and still failed to reproduce.
