Hi, I have packaged the vue.js library: https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-javascript/vue.js.git
It currently only provides the full UMD browser build, and it's built with webpack instead of rollup (that means the file is 468k rather than 279k) Hopefully the package will get better with time as we get more tools in debian. Please someone sponsor the upload.
