Yes, go ahead with the upload.
I'd like to know why this is necessary now but not before.
I suspect changes in "nodejs" where some things were
given for free and now you have to use them explicitly.
One hypothesis might be that node-chalk is a transitive dependency from
some package which misses it, or maybe has it as Suggests.
I sort of dropped ball on node-wikibase-* packages waiting for more
spare time. Maybe next year.
