Nothing AFAIK.

The package was built using `dgit sbuild`, and the manual for dgit
states:

  dgit sbuild ...
  
    Constructs the source package, uses sbuild to do a binary build, and
    uses mergechanges to merge the source and binary changes files.
    Options and arguments after sbuild will be passed on to sbuild. The
    output is left in package_version_multi.changes.

so it looks like it's doing that on purpose.

I had assumed the reason for that would be that this way dgit can deal
with all packages as though they are multi-arch and thus avoid any
special cases, but you'd have to ask Ian if that's really true.
