Should everyone in the team share their opinion, as a form of vote? Or should perhaps those bothering to respond within within some window of time decide? I believe that I have in the past proposed that we adopt the same logic as I've seen in the multimedia team: Use the Uploaders field to indicate team members devoted to a package, and ask those to decide on questions like the above - and consider a package with fewer than 2 devotees as poorly maintained, and thus in need of more attention or removal.
