Hi,
while rebuilding ltx i noticed the automatic autopkgtest was
failing because of a missing dependency on node-inherits.
Since this package is available and working, and required
in so many places in node-ltx, i fail to see the need to
declare it in "recommends" instead of "depends".
Unless i'm missing something ?
