postcss-import --use postcss-cssnext -o css/widgets.built.css

There is no postcss-cssnext package in debian.
Is it possible with the pkg-js-tools to easyly embede this library under
debian/
This way I should progress and evaluate what is missing in order to
build the ipywidgets javascript part.
