Hi, I prepared the package and uploaded it to experimental: I know by experience that an update from 4.5.4 to 4.6.3 has a very high chance to break things.
If I'm mistaken and it doesn't bring pain all around, I'll upload to unstable in two weeks. If I'm right, well, here's a nice thread start to notify and discuss.
