If a package is actively used then it makes sense to maintain it - which 
includes improving support for cross-building.

I do not expect dart-sass soon in Debian: Requires someone to package 
and maintain and stabilize the dart compiler first, and then dart-sass - 
i.e. multiple visit through NEW in addition to the packaging efforts 
themselves.
