Hi,
I have updated node-typescript-types in experimental to install in
/usr/share, but it seems node-typescript hard coded /usr/lib path (and
yet that is not working as well, I still had to add a symlink manually
to node_modules in node-rollup 0.56)

I think node-typescript should be fixed properly to find system
installed type definitions corrctly.
