Package: rollup

Many packages in the archive (for example vue.js) needs a newer version
of rollup to build. I think we will need to do the updates in many
steps to reach the latest version as rollup supports building only with
only one or two versions older than the version we are building.
I'm trying to update to 0.52.0 as the first jump and the rollup options
seems to work. We need to package at least immutable for this (filing
ITP now).
