lz4-java currently FTBFS on loong64. The native JNI library itself builds
successfully, but the Maven test phase is too slow because the current OpenJDK
on loong64 runs with the Zero VM.

So this is not a missing loong64 JNI build issue in lz4-java. The failure is
caused by the test suite running too slowly under Zero VM.
debian/rules already skips tests on several slow architectures:
alpha armel ia64 mips64el mipsel powerpc riscv64 x32
Please consider adding loong64 to this list until OpenJDK on loong64 has a
non-Zero VM/JIT capable enough to run the test suite within buildd limits.
