version.
Currently ghc 9.6.5 is in experimental, which already uses llvm-17.
llvm-15 should go, see

this is why this bug report is of severity: important. It is holding more
recent
llvm migration to testing, see #1068961

A version of ghc that uses llvm-18 has been uploaded to unstable.
