according to Myon, this issue affects stretch and sid (although I suspect this has only ever been tested with pgapt installed as well). I'll check on a plain stretch system with 2.3.1 shortly and possibly file an RC bug to get things rolling. Anything from your side I should take into account? Kind Regards Markus Wanner
