In the document 4.10 Input Data Formats
file:///usr/share/doc/gmt/html/GMT_Docs/node46.html#7130
there is no mention of DMS vs decimal degrees.
In fact throughout the GMT docs, users approaching GMT with a handful
of Degree Minute Second data feel as if they are using some ancient
units that nobody never even mentions anymore. At least somewhere
mention what they should do. E.g., "use this simple awk formula to
convert DMS to something GMT can read" (and how to convert back.)
Contrast this with the proj man page, where DMS is proper attire.
