Hi list, Could anyone explain to me the right procedure for submit a patch , even if i should wait atfer the "freezing". I noticed that there is a "Patches" page on the Alioth project manager, but i'm sure if it's the right place to submit the patch. I've tryed to ask on irc channel... but i think it's better to contact you via the mailing list. The patch that i want to submit is the new release of the MapServer (5.2) and i'm also interrested to work on related packages.
